Processes and maximum part size
- FDM (filament), up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm. Functional parts, mechanical prototypes, jigs and fixtures.
- SLA (resin), up to 300 x 250 x 250 mm. Fine surface detail and features below 0.3 mm.

FDM: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU (Flexible), ASA, Nylon PA12, Polycarbonate PC, PC-ABS, Carbon Fiber Filled, PETG CF, ABS CF, Wood-filled PLA.
SLA: Standard Resin, Tough Resin, Flexible Resin, Castable Resin, Water-Washable Resin.
Materials outside that list, such as PA12-CF or an ESD-safe grade, are not priced automatically. An engineer reviews the file and replies with a price the same business day.

Delivery across the European Union
Printing runs seven days a week, so production days are consecutive. Courier transit moves on business days only. Standard transit after dispatch: Romania 1-2 days. Bulgaria and Hungary 2-3 days. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia 3-4 days. Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia 4-5 days. Everywhere else, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, 5-6 days. Express transit is quoted separately.
Files and confidentiality
Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest in EU storage, and are deleted 90 days after the part is delivered. A mutual NDA is available on request, drafted by us or by your team, and signed fast once the text is agreed.
Quality
A person reviews every quote before an invoice is issued. A part that does not conform to the agreed specification is reprinted free of charge or refunded, under Article 5.5 of our manufacturing contract.
