The certificate
The 3Descu quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (SR EN ISO 9001:2015 on the certificate). It is issued to TREIDESCUPRINT SRL, the company that owns the printers and makes the parts, and 3Descu publishes it in full: open the certificate (PDF).

What the certificate means for an order
ISO 9001:2015 certifies a quality management system rather than a single part: the way 3Descu takes an order, checks it, makes it and corrects it is written down and reviewed by an outside certification body, which confirms the certificate every year. For a buyer it shows in three places:
- A person reviews every quote before an invoice is issued.
- A part that does not match the agreed specification is reprinted or refunded, in writing.
- Progress photos of the actual part and a dimensional report are available on request.
The factory behind it
3Descu prints every part on its own machines in Romania: 200+ printers, FDM for filament parts up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm and SLA resin for fine detail, up to 300 x 250 x 250 mm. Printing runs seven days a week.
Delivery to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands
3Descu ships every order by tracked courier from Romania, inside the EU. Courier transit after dispatch, from the same bands the calculator quotes:

Confidentiality and files
A mutual NDA with 3Descu is available on request, signed fast once the text is agreed. Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest in EU storage, and deleted 90 days after upload.
