A factory, not a broker

3Descu prints, finishes, checks and packs every part on its own factory floor. No subcontracting chain and no reseller in between: one accountable team from file to dispatch, 7 days a week. FDM comes first, at industrial scale, with SLA resin for fine detail.

What we make

• Prototypes: form, fit and function prototypes and test samples, often printed in as little as one day.
• Jigs and fixtures: assembly jigs, drilling templates, gauges and holders, stiff and light in carbon fibre filled grades.
• Enclosures and housings: electronics housings, covers, brackets and panels, for indoor or outdoor use.
• Spare parts: replacement and maintenance parts for machines and equipment, printed on demand with no minimum run.
• Small series: pre-series and series of thousands, shipped in batches so assembly can start while the rest prints.

Materials and maximum part sizes

27 FDM polymers, including PETG, PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, PC-ABS, PA12 nylon, TPU and carbon fibre filled grades, plus SLA resin for fine detail. Compatible custom materials are printed on request.

Larger parts are split into sections and bonded. The joint position is agreed with you before production.

Quality and safety, in writing

• ISO 9001:2015 quality system: documented, certified and covering production.
• Free printability check: every file is reviewed before production, and any change is explained before you are committed.
• Reprint or refund: a part that does not match the agreed specification is reprinted or refunded, in writing.
• Mutual NDA on request: signed fast once the text is agreed.
• Files encrypted and stored in the EU: used only to make your parts and deleted after 90 days.
• QC report and photos: a dimensional inspection report and production photos on request.
