The 3Descu partner programme

3Descu is an ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Romania and one of the largest 3D printing factories in Eastern Europe. Three partner tracks run on that factory: overflow production for print services, a two-way referral with injection moulders, and a perk for hardware programmes. Terms are agreed in writing with each partner company.

Print services: our capacity, your name on the box

For 3D printing services, print farms and bureaus that run short of printers, build volume, materials or time. When a job is bigger than the printers free that week, or needs a material you do not stock, 3Descu prints it for you.

• Send the file: STEP, STL or 3MF by email with PARTNER in the subject, or through the instant quote.
• We print in 27 FDM polymers and SLA resin, 7 days a week. Small orders can be printed in as little as one day.
• We ship blind: to you or straight to your client, in neutral packaging with a neutral packing slip. Nothing in the parcel names 3Descu.

Your clients remain yours

3Descu never contacts your end clients. Non-solicitation is part of the written partner terms.

Injection moulders: prototypes to us, series to you

A two-way referral between injection moulders and 3Descu. You pass on enquiries for 5 or 50 parts before a mould exists. 3Descu passes on enquiries for volumes that belong in a mould, introduced by email with the client in copy.

No money changes hands in either direction. There is no exclusivity, and no client data is passed on without consent.

Accelerators and incubators: a factory line for hardware teams

For programmes whose teams need prototypes, enclosures and fixtures long before a mould makes sense. What the teams get:

• A named contact at the factory for the programme.
• The instant quote: upload a file and see the quote and the delivery date in under a minute, with no account.
• A mutual NDA on request, signed fast once the text is agreed.
• Small orders printed in as little as one day.

In writing, for every partner

• Reprint or refund: a part that does not match the agreed specification is reprinted or refunded.
• Partner terms are agreed with the company, never with individual employees.
• A person at 3Descu replies the same business day.
