From a file to a part on your desk
There is no account to create, no form to wait on and no sales call before a price. The model is measured in your browser, priced immediately, and the whole route after that is visible to you rather than described to you.
Get an instant price The first step takes about a minute.
1. Upload the model
STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, STP up to 50 MB. Send a STEP file where you have one, because it stores true surfaces rather than a triangle approximation. The file is parsed in your browser, so a price costs no disclosure at all: nothing is uploaded to get one.
2. Choose material and settings
Material, colour, layer height, infill, wall thickness and quantity. Every one of them moves the price and the price moves as you change it, so the trade is visible instead of being explained afterwards. What each setting is actually worth changing is on the design rules page.
3. Read the price and the lead time
Both appear immediately, including the courier band for your country. Quantity matters here more than people expect, because setup and plate time are shared across a batch: enter the quantity you actually want rather than one. The minimum order is €20.
4. Order and pay
The quote is saved with its own number so it can be reopened, forwarded internally, or picked up again days later without re-entering anything. Pay by bank transfer (SEPA, in €), the method we recommend, at the bank transfer price, or by card or PayPal at the standard price, by a secure Stripe link in the invoice email or on request. Orders over €500 paid by bank transfer can be split 50/50: half to start production, half before dispatch. Card and PayPal are paid in full upfront.
5. Watch it being made
Signing in to the order portal after ordering shows the order's current stage, the full configuration as it was quoted, and a thread for talking to the person handling it. Progress photos of the actual part are available on request rather than automatically, and a dimensional report can be supplied on request as well.
6. Dispatch
The tracking number appears in the portal and in an email when the parcel leaves. Printing runs seven days a week, so the production days quoted are consecutive days rather than business days, and only the courier leg follows a working week.
